Dear reader: We end where we began to begin anew…
The first photo I ever took with my beloved point-and-shoot from my dad was of a bench on the Monticello Trail. When I saw the edited image, as simple as it was, I knew I was on to something. (See below.)
Who knew it would take 18 years to sit on a new bench, and 18 years for me to move on. We are all grown up now, or at least we are trying. But now that we are grown up, it is time to play again. But in a new way! After all, we’re big kids now! So this is the final post for the Trail Bos website, a site that was devoted exclusively to photos and writings about my walks on the trail. (It is scheduled to come down this spring.)
Please note, for the time being, most of your favorite trail images can still be viewed on my other website KarrieKBos.com (the site is password protected, message me for it here!), if you want to see more. (The blog posts will be saved offline.)
Thank you for traveling with me as a reader, friend, walker or talker! I celebrate this turning point with you.
I will still be out walking. Will I see you around the bend? If so, I will look for you.
Till then, thank you again for your kindness.
Love, Karrie
